We serve Evansville, Newburgh and the Southern Indiana communities around them, including Boonville, Haubstadt, Mount Vernon and Princeton. If your address sits near one of those towns but outside it, call or text and ask.
We’re based at 2821 Broadway Ave on Evansville’s west side. Every town below is under an hour’s drive from there.
The six towns and how far they are
| Town | County | Drive from 2821 Broadway Ave |
|---|---|---|
| Evansville | Vanderburgh | About 5 minutes to downtown |
| Newburgh | Warrick | About 20 minutes |
| Mount Vernon | Posey | About 22 minutes |
| Boonville | Warrick | About 31 minutes |
| Haubstadt | Gibson | About 32 minutes |
| Princeton | Gibson | About 45 minutes |
Drive times are rough, based on open roads. Real traffic adds a few minutes.
Your mailing address may say one town while you live in another
That’s common here. Most homes with a Newburgh mailing address actually sit outside the town limits, out in Ohio Township. They’re in our area all the same. Rural addresses between the towns are often fine too. Text us your street address, and we’ll tell you right away.
Why your town changes what we look for
The housing is different in each place, and that shapes the visit. One in three homes in Boonville was built in 1939 or earlier, the highest share of the six towns. Haubstadt has the newest homes, with a median build year of 1983 (Census ACS 2024 5-year data).
An old brick house near a courthouse square needs a gentle wash. A newer roof in a subdivision may only need protection to stay in good shape. We bring the same questions to every address, but the answers change from town to town.
