The services are the same ones homeowners get: roof cleaning and treatment, building washes, and concrete cleaning and protection. What changes is the size of the job and how we plan it with you.
How a multi-building evaluation works
- We start with a call. Tell us how many buildings there are, who’s on site, and any HOA or owner rules we need to follow.
- We walk the whole property. Roofs, siding and brick, soffits and gutter faces, sidewalks, steps, parking slabs and pool decks.
- We note it building by building. Photos and notes for each one, so nothing gets lumped together.
- You get straight answers. What needs attention now, what can wait, and what we’d leave alone.
- We flag what isn’t ours. If a roof needs repair or a slab needs replacing, we say so and point you to the right trade.
Tell us how much notice your residents or tenants need, and we’ll plan work days around it. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
Winter salt on shared walks and garages
Shared concrete takes the most salt. The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association suggests that “When conditions permit, hose off accumulation of salt deposited by cars on driveways and garage slabs.” It calls calcium chloride and rock salt “acceptable for concrete.” That’s worth knowing before your next deicer order.
