Where Revive Exteriors works in Southern Indiana

We’re based at 2821 Broadway Ave on Evansville’s west side, and we work in six Southern Indiana towns. Close to one of them? Just ask.

The six towns we cover

  • Evansville. Our home base. It has the oldest housing of the six, with a median build year of 1961 in the Census Bureau’s 2020 to 2024 American Community Survey, and thirteen historic districts on the National Register.
  • Newburgh. Painted brick on a river bluff downtown, and newer subdivisions spreading out into Ohio Township.
  • Boonville. The Warrick County seat, where one in three homes was built in 1939 or earlier.
  • Mount Vernon. The westernmost city in Indiana, and a mostly mid-century town.
  • Haubstadt. The newest houses of the six, so the talk there is usually about early care.
  • Princeton. The Gibson County seat and our longest drive, with a courthouse square that joined the National Register in 2025.

Live near one of these towns?

If your place sits between two of these towns, or a few miles past one, that’s usually fine. Call or text Terrance at (812) 664-6222 and tell him where you are. He’ll let you know if we can get there.

What we do in every town

The services are the same everywhere we go. We clean roofs with a low-pressure soft wash, wash houses, clean and protect concrete, and offer roof protection and roof rejuvenation where they fit. We don’t repair or replace roofs. If that’s what you need, we’ll say so and point you to a roofer.

What happens next

Pick your town above to see what we look for there. Or skip ahead and book the free exterior evaluation. We look at your roof, walls and concrete, take photos, and tell you plainly what’s worth doing.

The evaluation is free. You get photos, a plain answer and your options, even if the answer is that everything is fine.
