How the estimate works
- Type your address. The tool finds your roof on satellite imagery and traces its outline. If it picks the wrong building, drag the corners to fix it.
- Pick your roof’s pitch. A steeper roof has more surface than its footprint, so the range moves with the slope.
- See your range. Leave your name and number and we call to set up the free exterior evaluation.
What a satellite can’t see
A satellite sees the outline of your roof, not its condition. It can’t tell whether the shingles are still flexible, how many granules are left, or whether the black streaks are algae. That is what the evaluation is for. Read rejuvenation or protection to see why the condition decides the treatment.
