Most homeowners don’t think much about their roof until there’s a bucket sitting in the living room. By then, the list of choices has gotten short.
Revive Exteriors exists to get to you before the bucket does. We’re a locally owned company at 2821 Broadway Ave in Evansville, Indiana, and we opened our doors in 2026.
Three partners and a pattern they kept seeing
Revive was founded by three local business partners. Between them, they have hands-on experience in roofing, exterior construction, property restoration, insurance-related construction and exterior maintenance.
Across that work, they kept running into the same thing. Property owners were handed a replacement as the main option, even when parts of the roof, the walls or the concrete still had useful life left. The partners thought owners deserved to hear about the other options too. So they built a company around them.
The question we start with
A lot of conversations about an aging roof begin with one question: “How much will it cost to replace it?”
We start with a different one: “How can I protect and extend the life of what I already own?”
That’s why Revive is built around proactive maintenance, restoration and protection. Your home or building is one of the largest investments you’ll ever make. Our job is to help you protect it, and to give you honest options before anyone starts talking about tearing it off.

It’s our favorite quote, and it’s a fair summary of how we work. Wash off the algae while the shingles under it are still sound. Protect the driveway before another winter of road salt. Treat aging shingles while they can still be helped. And when something can’t be helped, say so.
Restore. Protect. Revive.
That’s our slogan. Here’s what it looks like on a real property:
- Restore is the cleaning. A low-pressure soft wash for roofs, never a pressure washer. Washing for siding, brick, soffits and gutter faces. Cleaning for driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks and steps.
- Protect is the treatment that can follow a cleaning, for roofs and for concrete. After a protection treatment, we check it with a water-beading test.
- Revive is roof rejuvenation, for asphalt shingles that are drying out but still holding together.
We do this for homeowners, and for HOAs and property managers through our commercial and multifamily work.
What we’re trained in
We’re a NexaNano Certified Dealer and Applicator. We’ve been through NexaNano’s product training for roof rejuvenation and roof protection, and we bring professional experience in exterior cleaning and protective coating application.
NexaNano describes its products as SiO2 treatments “designed to penetrate porous surfaces while forming a breathable protective barrier.” That’s the maker’s description. When we talk about what a product does, we tell you who said it.
Things we’ll tell you straight
- Our roofing contractor licenses are in progress.
- We don’t repair or replace roofs. If that’s what your property needs, we’ll tell you plainly and point you to a roofer.
- We check your shingle maker’s guidance, and your HOA rules if you have one, before we recommend a treatment.
- We won’t promise you a number of years. If someone does, ask them where the number came from.
